I am Research Outputs Visibility Manager ay Brunel University London. My role includes the management of the institutional repository, supervising of a small team to support the research outputs of academics. We also support the submission to Research Excellence Framework through liaison work with researchers and relevant stakeholders. Until recently I was also responsible for access to digital resources. My work at Brunel has been recognised by professional organisations such as Jisc, NISO and OCLC. Outside work I volunteer at Wasps FC, an amateur rugby club based in Acton in west London.
