Head, Music/Media Library
University of Missouri-Kansas City
I oversee all aspects of UMKC's Music/Media Library and work with our Conservatory (music, dance, and theatre) on instruction, collection development, and all their library needs. My responsibilities also include collection development for all video and all humanities, copyright, discovery, and, more recently, researching TOO MUCH about COVID to set protocols for patrons and staff throughout UMKC Libraries. I was a music cataloger for almost a decade before coming to UMKC in 2013. Outside the library, I'm an organist and church musician, regular bicycle commuter, and Scandinavian folk dancer.
